Stages of an Opportunity

An Opportunity has four (4) stages;

  1. Initial contact – Initial stages of the deal.
  2. Analysis – Deal stage where you are discovering your clients needs and requirements
  3. Proposal – When a proposal has been submitted
  4. Negotiation – Most clients negotiate initial proposals. Here you are in negotiations
  5. Closed (Won / Lost) – The deal has closed, you most likely won the deal, or in some cases the deal is lost.
