Stages of a Lead

A Lead will progress through multiple (4) stages. Each stage is defined below;

  1. Open – This is a new Lead (contact). Early activity stages
  2. Contacted – This lead has been qualified and converted. Here, you can attache the lead to an opportunity (deal)
  3. Converted – The lead has been converted. This is a live opportunity
  4. Unqualified – This means there is no opportunity or business with this lead.
